雷电形成原理及雷电灾害防御措施

摘    要:首先阐述了雷电和雷击灾害的形成原理,介绍了容易被雷击的对象,指出雷电对人的伤害方式有直接雷击、接触电压、旁侧闪击和跨步电压4种,提出要充分利用雷电预警信号提前防雷。最后从建筑物防雷和个人防雷方面介绍了雷电灾害防御措施,对有效规避和降低雷击灾害损失有重要意义。

Lighting Forming Princi-ple and Defense Measures of Lightning Disaster

Abstract:Forming principle of light-ing and lightning disaster was described, and objects which easily struck by light-ning were introduced. There four injury systems of lightning to human,such as di-rect lightning stroke,contact voltage, flanking stroke and step voltage. Light-ning protection measures should be tak-en in advanced by full using of lightning warning signals. At last, defense mea-sures of lightning disaster were intro-duced from building lightning protection and human lightning protection.The pa-per had important implications for avoid-ing effectively and reducing the lightning disaster loss.
