| 摘 要： | 从湿地的定义和分类出发，探讨了湿地的功能，湿地的效益可以分为直接效益和间接效益2种，但间接利用价值并不亚于直接利用价值。作者认为中国湿地面临的主要威胁有4个方面，即湿地面积萎缩，湿地资源过度利用，湿地污染和水土流失，鉴于中国湿地的现状提出了保护湿地的4点建议，即完成湿地资源清查，实施公众意识教育、履行湿地公约和执行已经颁布的中国保护湿地行动计划。

| Abstract: | Starting from definition and category of wetlands the author described the wetland benefits and functions.The benefits of wetland can be divided into direct benefit and indirect benefit.To some extent the indirect benefit by no means is less important.The article specifies four threats to wetland of China: shrinkage of wetland area,overuse of wetland resources,pollution,and water soil erosion.In this regard four suggestions are put forward: to complete wetland inventory as soon as possible;strengthen public awareness on wetland;implement Ramsar Convention in China and carry out National Action Plan of Wetland Conservation for China.The conclusion is: to conserve wetlands is to protect human beings themselves. |
