| 摘 要： | 根据都市型现代农业对农业人才的需求，设置了富有特色的园艺专业课程体系，构建了“三结合”的实践教学体系，制定了适应都市型农业园艺人才的培养方案；按照坚持高等学历教育与现代农业职业素能教育的有机结合，培养了“双证型”应用型人才；建设了都市型农业园艺人才培养的校内外实践基地，以教师科研项目、为三农服务及大学生实践创新训练计划和为纽带，搭建学生创新、创业教育平台，学生创新、创业能力明显提高。

| Abstract: | According to modern agriculture＇s demand of agricultural talent, we set up distinctive horticulture courses system which builds up a ＂three combinations＂ teaching system, and makes up the training program adapted to urban agriculture horticulture talent; Persist in combining higher education with modern agricultural vocational education , in order to train for ＂double certificates＂ applied talents; It constructs practice base of inside and outside school for the training of urban agriculture horticulture talent. Using the teacher research projects, services for the agriculture and training programs for practice and innovation of university students as a link, it builds up education platform for students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship. So the abilities of students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship have improved significantly. |
