| 摘 要： | 水资源匮乏是制约宁夏地区社会经济发展的重要因素之一,因此建设节水型社会是解决水资源危机,保障全区经济可持续发展的重要措施。文章指出建设节水型社会的重要性,并提出了建设节水型社会的原则和措施。
