摘    要:从1992至1998年,分别用毛细管微量点滴法和玻片浸渍法测定了新疆主要棉区的棉铃虫、棉蚜、棉叶螨对杀虫剂的敏感性,结果表明棉铃虫对拟除虫菊酯类药剂基本处于敏感阶段,棉蚜对各种药剂已产生不同程度的抗药性,棉叶螨对有机磷类杀虫剂已产生低至中等水平的抗药性,对杀螨剂仍处于敏感阶段,根据敏感性测定结果和新疆棉花种植特点,对延缓和治理新疆棉花主要害虫抗药性进行了探讨。

Abstract:Since 1992~1988,we have monitored the susceptibility of cotton bollworm,cotton aphids and spider mites to insecticides in the cotton field of Xinjiang.Results showed that Helicoverpa armigera was susceptible to pyrethroid;Aphis gossypii had already developed different level of resistances to all kinds of insecticide; T.Turkestani(Ugarovet Nikolski) had also developed low-middling level of resistances to organophosphates,butwas still susceptible to acaricide How to delay andmanage the insecticide-resistanceofmajorpests in cotton fieldofXinjiangwasdiscussed according to these results and the trait of cotton plant in Xinjiang.
