摘    要:采用大田试验,研究了不同耕作方式对土壤微生物量及酶活性的影响,结果表明:不同耕作方式对土壤微生物量和土壤酶活性有显著的影响.与常规耕作相比,免耕、沟播显著提高了土壤的微生物量碳和氮的含量,以及土壤过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶、蛋白酶活性;而套作显著降低了土壤的微生物量碳和氮的含量,以及土壤过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶、蛋白酶活性.土壤有机物质输入量少,土壤耕作是套作土壤微生物量和土壤酶活性低的主要原因.

Abstract:Effects of different tillage ways on soil microbial biomass and soil enzyme activities were studied in farmland experiment.The results showed that different tillage ways had a significant influence on soil microbial biomass C and N,soil enzyme activities.Compared with conventional tillage,no-tillage,ridge and furrow cropping significantly increased soil microbial C and N content,soil invertase activity.Sucrase activity,urease activity and protease activity.Due to the low input organic matter and soil tillage in its soil,relay cropping significantly decreased soil microbial C and N content and soil invertase activity.
