油锯锯切试验中的数据处理

摘    要:本文所述的数据处理方法和组成的测试系统可以被用在油锯的锯切试验中,该系统作为链锯锯切试验的专用设备,可以较圆满地分析链锯锯切指标:切削力P、切削速度V、进给力P_u、锯切比功K、同名齿进给量u_z之间的关系,并绘出相应的曲线,同时可以给出回归曲线的残差平方和Q,回归平方和U,剩余标准差S、相关系数R和显著性检验参数F、该系统对木材试样进行了实测,证明系统使用方便、分析结果较传统方法令人满意。

Abstract:The method of data processing and the examination system it composed can be used in sawing experiment of chain saw. As a special device of sawing experiment of chain saw, the system can give a comprehensive analysis for relationship of the indexes of the sawing of chain saw such as: Cutting force (P), Cutting speed (V), Feeding force (P_u), Feeding power rate (K) and Feeding amount of the same sawtooth (U_z), and their curves. Meanwhile, it can also give the Square sum of remaining difference of the regression curve(Q), the Square sum of the regression (U), the Remaining standard difference (S), the Interrelation coefficient (R) and the Parameter for significance examine (F). The system is proved to be very convenient for Use and give the satisfying results by application in practical test of wood samples.
