| 摘 要： | 于2005年11月，在黑白仰鼻猴分布最南部的龙马山猴群家域范围内采集其主要食物松萝、成熟树叶和竹叶，在室内进行营养成分测定。结果表明：松萝的粗蛋白含量低于竹叶，与成熟树叶无显著差异；粗蛋白与酸性纤维比高于成熟树叶和竹叶。粗蛋白与酸性纤维比的差异主要是由酸性纤维含量差异引起，即松萝的酸性纤维含量显著低于成熟树叶和竹叶。初步确定纤维含量低是松萝成为黑白仰鼻猴主要食物的原因，这与其趋向于选择纤维含量低的植物叶片作为食物的规律一致。 |

| Abstract: | The primary food for black-and-white snub-nose monkey （Rhinopithecus bieti） including lichen （Tillandsia usuneoides）, mature tree leaves and bamboo leaves were sampled in November 2005 at Mt. Longma where it was the most southern distribution area for this animal, and the nutrition composition of these food samples were measured in doors. The results showed that the crude protein content of lichen was lower than that of bamboo leaves, but there was no difference in the crude protein content between the lichen and mature tree leaves. The ra- tio of crude protein and acid deterrent fiber （CP/ADF） in the lichens was higher than that of in the mature leaves and in bamboo leaves. This difference in the CP/ADF ratio was mainly due to the difference in the acid fiber con- tent among the three types of food, i. e. , the acid deterrent fiber content of the lichens was significantly lower than either mature tree leaves or bamboo leaves. It was preliminarily determined that the lower fiber content was one of the factors for black-and-white snub-nose monkey to choose the lichens as its primary food. This finding was con- sistent with the fact that black-and-white snub-nose monkey tended to choose plant leaves with low fiber content as food. |
