| 摘 要： | 目前高等农业院校园艺实践教学主要存在6个方面的问题:领导不够重视;教师队伍建设缓慢;农科大学学生的"大学精神"正在消失;实践教学基地投入不足;实践操作环节2学期制不适宜以及实践操作过程受教师教学观念和对师生双方评价方法的影响等。建议应用型本科院校重新对园艺实践操作教学中的影响因素与条件、实践操作教师的技能与素质、实践操作教学内容的筛选、时间安排及具体实施方法、学生实践操作过程与结果的评价方法进行专门性探索与研究。力争通过长期、系统的过程控制,形成学生自主学习与约束机制,切实提高园艺实践教学的质量。

| Abstract: | Six problems were existing in teaching of horticultural practice-training in higher agricultural colleges such as leaders had not enough concern for training,teachers team building slowly who could not fit to the development,agricultural college students were missing the "university spirit",there was inadequate investment in practice-training base,practical process was affected by seasonal factors the conventional two-semester system was unfit and more powerfully impacted by teaching concepts and evaluation method for both teachers and students.It was recommended to be specially explored and researched again in the application-oriented colleges in aspects of influencing factors and conditions during practice teaching,required practical skills of the teachers,practical training content,timing and specific implementation methods and the evaluation methods to students′ practice procedures and so on.Therefore,horticulture practice-training quality could be effectively improved by systemic training,long-term process control and the mechanisms formation of independent learning and restraint. |
