| 摘 要： | 用自然感染蠕虫的绵羊观察并确证氧阿苯哒唑对绵羊蠕虫的驱除效果。各试验组羊分别一次内服氧阿苯哒唑５、１０、２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ药物，药物对照组内服丙硫咪唑１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ。结果是氧阿苯哒唑各试验组的精计驱虫率和粗计驱虫率对食道口线虫、奥斯特线虫和细颈线虫均为１００％；高剂量对毛首线虫分别为１００％和９５％；中、高剂量对莫尼蒋绦虫均为１００％。人药后无毒副反应，部检未见病理变化。表明氧阿苯哒唑对绵羊的抗蠕虫效

| Abstract: | The anthelminthic effect of albendazole oxide was
observed and determined on sheep naturally infected with parasitic helminth. In the test
groups, each sheep was administered per os with 5,10,20 mg/kg of albendazole oxide
respectively. In the control group, each sheep was administered per os with 10mg/kg of
albendazole. The result showed that the accurate and rough anthelminthic rate were 100% for
oesophagostomum, ostertagia and nematodirus in different dose group;100% and 95% for
trichuris in high dose group; both 100% for moniezia in mediate and high dose group. The
albendazole oxide has high, wide, fast effect and has no side effect and pathologic change, so
it is more suitable for application and popularization than albendole. |
