| 摘 要： | 云南省属于少数民族的聚集地区，经济发展相对落后，农村养老刚性需求持续增长、资金需求日益攀升，农村社会养老保险基金增值问题亟待解决。本文分析了云南省农村社会养老保险基金运营过程中存在的问题，从拓宽投资渠道，依托专业机构管理运营，建立监管的长效机制三方面探讨了农村社会养老保险基金的增值途径。

| Abstract: | Yunnan province is an aggregation area for minorities, and its economic development is relatively backward. Recently, The rigid demand for pension fund is growing constantly in rural areas, therefore, the appreciation of rural social endowment insurance fund must be solved. This paper analyzes problems existing in process of fund operation. On the basis, this paper discusses appreciation ap- proach of rural social endowment insurance funds from the three aspects： broadening the investment channel, relying on the professional organization to manage, establishing the long-term supervisory mechanism in Yunnan province. |
