摘    要:根据临夏州的气候条件、旱作农业发展现状,分析存在的问题,提出对策:继续调整种植业结构;加强对旱作农业重要性的认识;努力增加资金投入;大力推广地膜覆盖技术;积极开展测土配方施肥;以项目带动旱作农业技术的推广。继续开展旱作农业的试验研究,推广测土配方施肥及培肥地力技术,加大玉米综合应用技术的开发和农村生态能源建设的结合,制造农业良性循环。

Abstract:According to the climatic conditions of Linxia, rainfed agricultural development, analyzes the existing prob- lems, propose a solution: continue adjusting structure; Strengthen the awareness of the importance of dry farming; efforts to increase capital investment; vigorously promote mulching techniques; actively carry out soil testing and fertilizer, project led to the promotion of dry farming techniques. Continue to carry out experimental studies of dry farming to promote soil testing and fertilizer and soil fertility technology, increase corn integrated application technology development and the combination of rural eco-energy construction, manufacturing, agriculture virtuous circle.
