| 摘 要： | 民办高等学校是一个特殊的非盈利组织,其办学活动处于公益与盈利的矛盾冲突之中,具有较强的独立性和专业性。由于多方面的原因,我国民办高校的市场化特征表现得非常明显,对我国民办高等教育的发展产生着重大影响。从非盈利组织视角看,获取公众支持和混合支持是私立（民办）高等教育发展的共同趋势。
