纯化黑加仑种子中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的研究

摘    要:采用有机溶剂分级沉淀法、纤维素离子交换层析法及葡聚糖凝胶过滤法从黑加仑种子中提取SOD。实验证明 :粗酶液经上述方法纯化后SOD酶活性达692.95U,蛋白含量为0.72mg,比活达964540U·g-1,纯化倍数达253.16 ,回收率为31.41%。黑加仑种子中的SOD是Cu.Zn-SOD

Abstract:Separation and purification of superoxide dismutase(SOD)from the seeds of black currant were made with the methods of organic agent fractionation,Ion-exchange chromatography and Gel-filtration chromatography.The results showed that the total activity was692.95U,total protein was0.72mg,specific activity was964.54U/mg.pr,purification fold was253.16,yield was31.41%.SOD from black currant seeds is Cu.Zn-SOD.
