犊牛全混合日粮(TMR)膨化技术及其营养特性

摘    要:采用优化植物蛋白质、糊熟化淀粉,调整粗精料比例,控制瘤胃发酵类型等营养调控措施,改善饲料的加工状态,利用饲料膨化工艺,生产适合犊牛消化生理特点的营养全面的全混合日粮膨化饲料。经多次试验确定的膨化技术参数合理可行,既杀灭了犊牛TMR中的抗营养因子和有毒有害物质,又保证了犊牛TMR的营养成分不被破坏,后喷涂技术应用可以达到预期的目的。

Abstract:Status of feed processing could be improved through use of optimal plant protein and paste aging starch,adjusting ration of crude and processed feed and controlling the rumen fermentation type.Expansion technology could product the comprehensive nutritional expanded feed of total-mixed diet.Tests approved that the expanding technical parameters are reasonable and practicable.This technology could not only kill the anti-nutritional factors and toxic and harmful substances in TMR,but also ensure the nutritional content of TMR not be destroyed.Post-spraying technology could achieve the intended purpose.
