| 摘 要： | 对经过鉴定的新城疫病毒穴NDV雪分离株,按国家兽医生物制品质量标准制备油乳剂灭活疫苗,在隔离器中接种SPF鸡,设标准LaSota疫苗株作对照,进行免疫保护实验。免疫后,每7d采血监测NDV抗体。免疫后3周,利用ND强毒分离毒和F48E9分别进行交叉攻毒实验,同时设SPF鸡对照。每天观察,及时剖检发病鸡,检察鸡群病变,以确定疫苗的保护性,以便对常规生产中的免疫失败进行原因分析。

| Abstract: | Identified isolation of Newcastle Disease Virus and La Sota strain were seperately maded into inactived vaccines by the standard Veterinary vaccine regulation of the republic of China.Two groups of SPF chickens were immunized with two vaccines in isolators.To evaluate vaccines efficacy of protection NDV antibody titers were detected every seven days and challenged chickens including SPF chickens with living isolate virus and standard F 48 E 9 strain after three weeks.Autopsy the sickness and dead chickens and ensure the vaccines,analyse immune failure in farm process.The experiment results showed that the isolate actived vaccine provided a better protection than La Sota inactived vaccine. |
