| Abstract: | A step - wise analysis is made of the forms of criminal mind in the crimes of infringement of intellectual property rights. The form of criminal mind can only be intentional. While direct intent is the only possibility instead of indirect intent, atypical direct intent is also possible. The theoretical and practical significance of the exact understanding of the forms of criminal mind in the crimes of infringement of intellectual property rights is discussed. |
