| 摘 要： | 分子育种是作物遗传改良的重要手段。对《作物分子育种学》课程开设的必要性,课程内容的构建和改革,实验室建设,综合实验的开展,学生创新能力培养和教师队伍建设等方面进行了分析,以期提高《作物分子育种学》课程的教学质量。

| Abstract: | Molecular breeding including marker-assisted selection breeding and transgenic breeding is an important means of crop genetic improvement.Moreover,the approaches for improving teaching quality of crop molecular breeding were discussed from the aspects of emphasis on the necessity of the curriculum,the content of the curriculum,the construction of the crop molecular breeding laboratory,carring out comprehensive experiment,training the innovation ability of the students,the construction of teaching staff in crop molecular breeding and so on. |
