| 摘 要： | 研究了微波火力（功率）、辐射时间、提取剂乙醇的浓度、料液比对紫背天葵红色素提取率的影响,并且在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验筛选出最佳的提取工艺条件。结果表明,在30%乙醇提取剂作用下,料液比为1：3,用微波中火加热150s下提取率最高。

| Abstract: | The effect of microwave power,radiation time,ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction of red pigment from Gynura Bicolor were studied in this article.Based on single factor experiment,the orthogonal experiment was designed.The optimal process parameters described through orthogonal experiment were ethanol concentration of 30%,solid-liquid ratio of 1：3 and microwave power at mid fire of 150s. |
