轮叶党参叶片的组织培养研究

摘    要:以轮叶党参叶片为外植体,研究了培养基及不同激素组合对愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的影响。结果表明,叶片作为外植体可以比较容易地诱导出愈伤组织,最佳诱导培养基为MS+2,4-D 1.0mg/L+6-BA 1.0mg/L+KT 0.5mg/L,最高出愈率为94.2%;诱导不定芽的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L,最高诱导率可达69.2%;根诱导的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L,生根率达85.9%,建立了较为完善的轮叶党参再生体系。

Abstract:The leaves were used as explants to study the influence of different hormone combinations on callus induction and plant re-generation of Codonopsis lanceolata Benth.The results showed that the optimal medium for intensive and rapid growth of callus was MS medium supplemented with 1.0mg/L 2,4-D and 2.0mg/L KT.The highest callus-forming rate reached 94.2%;the optimal medium for regenerated seedlings was MS medium supplemented with 2.0mg/L 6-BA and 0.5mg/L NAA.The highest induction rate reached 69.2% while MS ...
