| 摘 要： | 报道了昆明北郊地区114只山羊体内球虫的调查结果。据粪检发现山羊球虫的感染率为88.6%.经鉴定有8种艾美耳球虫,即艾丽艾美耳球虫(E.alijevi),柯雅艾美耳球虫(E.ninakohly akimovae),山羊艾美耳球虫(E.caprina),阿氏艾美耳球虫(E.arloingi),家山羊艾美耳球虫(E.hirci),克氏艾美耳球虫(E.christenseni),阿普艾美耳球虫(E.apsheronica)和约奇艾美耳球虫(E.jolchijevi).测量了卵囊各部位的大小,列出了各种球虫的主要鉴别特征,并绘制了各种卵囊的形态图。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the survey results of the cocidias in a hundred and fourteen goats at northern suburb Kunming were reported The fecal examination showed a 88% coccidium infection rate in the goats On the basis of oocyst characteristics, 8 kinds of Ameria coccidias were fully found They are E alijevi, E ninakohlyakimovae, E caprina, E arloing, E hirci, E christenseni, E apsheronica and E jolchijevi Authors measured the oocyst sizes, enumerated the major distinctive characteritics and drew the morphological pictures of various oocysts |
