利用32P示踪研究玉米苗期的磷素代谢

摘    要: 应用32P示踪研究玉米苗期的磷素代谢.结果表明,32P经玉米吸收、代谢后,各成份所占百分数为:RNA-32P最多为61.26%,DNA-32P为23.08%,脂类磷-32P为1.32%,有机-32P为13.04%,无机-32P最少为1.30%.说明磷素在玉米植株体内的转化、代谢活动是很强的.从玉米幼苗宏观放射性自显影像片可看出:磷素在玉米幼苗体内的分布是根中最强,其次是茎和叶脉,叶肉组织中相对较少.

Abstract:Study on the metabolism of in maize small season, the result of 32 P-phosphate tracer showed, percent of different substances after the maize assimilated and metabolized:RNA- 32 P is 61 26%, It is the highest DNA- 32 P is 23 08%, fat- 32 P is 1 32%, organic- 32 P is 13 04%, but inorgaric is 1 30%, it is the least It said that the change and metablolize activity of 32 P-phosphate is very strong in maize The photograph that maize small season of radiation showed itself can clear find out fact of every parts of the maize assimilate 32 P-phosphate:root>stem>leaf-flue>leaf>flat
