| 摘 要： | 香石竹试管苗玻璃化现象是香石竹组织培养中的一大障碍,采用强光照10000～20000lx,在培养基中提高糖和琼脂的浓度,降低细胞分裂素的用量,对克服香石竹试管苗玻璃化有明显的效果.青霉素对消除香石竹试管苗玻璃化无明显效果,但对生根有促进作用,其作用机制还有待于进一步研究.

| Abstract: | The phenomenon of glass-like plantlet is a big obstruction in the propagation of carnation by tissue culture the effective way to decrease the glass-like plantlet phenomenon is to increase the concentration of sucrose and agar in the medium, to use strong luminosity of 10 000-20 000 lx, and to decrease the concentration of cell devision hormone There is not evident effect of penicillin to control the glass-like plantlet, but penicillin can stimulate the growth of carnation plantlet root in the medium, the mechanism of pcnicillin function to the root is not clear and it will be studied further |
