| 摘 要： | 设计了拖拉机用发动机振动系统检测方案,介绍了系统检测控制工作原理,并对数据采集(DAQ)硬件参数进行了设置。同时,基于图像化编程语言LabVIEW进行了软件设计,系统软件设计采用结构化模块程序设计,具有多种实时检测功能和友好生动的人机界面,并具有系统自检、容错和完善的统计报表功能。最后,项目以发动机3种典型工况(转速)进行了试验研究,并对数据进行了分析处理,得到发动机螺栓拧紧力矩与振幅之间的关系。
