柑桔矢尖蚧空间格局及抽样技术研究

摘    要:矢尖蚧(Unaspis yanonensis Kuwana) 是柑桔的重要害虫之一.本文采用6种方法研究了矢尖蚧雌成蚧在柑桔树内的空间格局.6组资料中有5组符合负二项分布.雌成蚧的分布属聚集格局,分布的基本成分为疏松的个体群,个体群分布是聚集的,个体群内的分布是随机的,其大小随虫口密度的提高而加大.根据Iwao理论抽样模型,确定了在不同精度水平和不同虫口密度下的最适抽样数为: n=35.57/m+75.40(D=0.2) n=15.81/m+33.51(D=0.3)

Abstract:The arrowhead scale (Unaspis yanonensis Kuwana) is one of theimportant citrus insect enemy. Six methods were applied to study the spatialpatterns of their female adult on citrus, among these samples, five of themaccorded with the negative binomial distribution. All indices indicate that thedistribution of the female adults are of an aggregate pattern, and occur asloose colonies. Distribution of the colonies are aggregate, whereas intra-colonydistribution is random, which increase with the raise of insect density, According to Iwao's theory sampling model, the optimum numbers for samplingunder different tolerances and insect densities were determined: n=35.57/m+75.40(D=0.2) n=15.81/m+33.51(D=0.3)
