松材线虫侵染对松树苯丙氨酸解氨酶及酚类物质的影响

摘    要:以湿地松(Pinus elliottii Engelm)、日本黑松(Pinus thunbergii Parl)为材料,研究松材线虫Bursaphelenchus xylophilus(Steiner&Buhrer,1934)Nickle]感染对苯丙氨酸解氨酶和酚类物质的影响.两种松树的苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性在发病过程中都有明显增加,并且伴随着酶活性的变化,各种苯丙烷次生代谢产物,如总酚、类黄酮的含量也发生明显的变化.但湿地松在苯丙氨酸解氨酶活力和酚类物质的积累上的变化比黑松要大些.结果表明,松材线虫病的发生、发展与寄主植物苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性和酚类物质含量变化有关.

Abstract:Taking inoculated slash pine(Pinus elliottii Engelm)and Japanese black pine(Pinus thunbergii Parl)with pine wood nematode Bursaphelenchus xylophilus(Steiner&Buhrer,1934) Nickle] as experimental materials,the effects on the activity of phenylalanine ammonialyase(PAL) and phenols in the pine were investigated.After inoculation,the two pines increased their enzymatic activity of PAL,accompanied with the increase of PAL activity,the increase of the content of total phelonics,and the accumulation of flavonoids.But the changes of PAL activity and secondary metabolites are greater in slash pine.The result shows that these changes may be related to the occurrence and development of the desease.
