| 摘 要： | 近红外光谱技术是一种高效、快速的现代分析技术,已在很多领域得到广泛应用。文章对近红外光谱分析的技术原理、技术方法、技术特点作了简要介绍,并对其在农产品品质分析中的应用现状和应用前景进行了综述。
