天然气发动机废气NO/HC排放量变化特性的试验研究

摘    要:以天然气为燃料,在可变压缩比单缸发动机上进行了压缩比、点火提前角等参数对废气NO/HC排放量影响的试验研究。试验结果表明:NO/HC排放量随压缩比的增大而增大;压缩比一定,点火提前角的下降会使NO/HC排放量下降;MBT的情况下,NO/HC排放量随压缩比的变化不是直线上升,而是达到峰值后下降。

Abstract:The experiments on a single cylinder spark ignition and adjustment compression ratios engine were performed to investigate the effect of compression ratio on NO/HC emissions using natural gas as fuel. Compression ratios between 8 and 14 were investigated under fully loading and the tests were performed at various combinations of ratio, load and angle of ignition advance. The experimental result shows that NO/HC emissions increase with increasing of compression ratio at a fixed angle of ignition advance and decrease with declining of the angle at a fixed compression ratio. The emissions of NO/HC do not increase linearly, they will decrease after a peak value.
