| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨泥鳅精子在不同浓度K~＋、Na~＋、Ca~（2＋）、Mg~（2＋）溶液中的活力并确定泥鳅精子激活液的理化因子的最佳浓度参数。方法]用挤压法采精,通过观察和比较泥鳅精子在不同试验溶液中的活力,研究了几种化学因子对泥鳅精子活力的影响。结果]在KCl溶液浓度为0.5%时,其中的泥鳅精子活力达到最高,为246 s,此后随KCl溶液浓度的增大而陡降。在NaCl溶液浓度为0.4%时,其中的泥鳅精子活力达到最高,为100 s,低于精子在KCl溶液中的最高活力,此后随NaCl溶液浓度的增大而快速降低。在CaCl_2溶液浓度为0.4%时,其中的泥鳅精子活力达到最高,为27 s,在MgCl_2溶液浓度为0.3%时,其中的泥鳅精子活力达到最高,为20 s,此后精子活力随二者浓度的增加均表现出缓慢下降的趋势。结论]在鱼类的人工授精过程中,应避免使用高浓度Ca~（2＋）、Mg~（2＋）水配制精子激活液。
