沈阳市新民地区番茄黄化曲叶病毒分子检测

摘    要:为了鉴定并防治番茄黄化曲叶病毒病,采用分子生物学方法对沈阳新民地区3个番茄植株样品进行检测,对PCR产物中的特异性片段进行回收、克隆、测序。结果表明:3个番茄植株样品均感染番茄黄化曲叶病毒病,说明沈阳市新民地区已有番茄黄化曲叶病毒病发生且PCR技术可以快速、准确、高效地完成番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的检测。

Abstract:In order to authenticate and control tomato yellow leaf curl virus,3tomato samples were detected through molecular identification of tomato yellow leaf curl virus(TYLCV)from Xinmin area of Liaoning province by PCR reaction,and then the generated specific segments were collected,cloned and sequenced.The results of Blast showed that the nucleotide sequence of 3samples had high identity from TYLCV.PCR detection for TYLCV was high sensitive,high efficient and with high specificity.
