摘    要:用0.5 mmol/L抗坏血酸(ASA)处理苹果组培苗,在42℃的条件下进行不同时间高温胁迫处理,研究了ASA 处理对高温胁迫下苹果细胞膜相对透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、抗氧化酶活性以及抗氧化剂含量的影响。结果表明, ASA处理可以有效地抑制抗氧化酶活性的下降,提高酶活性;同时还抑制ASA含量的下降,延缓了膜透性和丙二醛 含量的增加;但抑制了GSH含量的增加。这些结果说明,ASA处理可以增强苹果的耐热性。

Abstract:The tissue cultured plantlets of apple treated with 0.5 mmol /L ascorbic acid (ASA) was stressed by high temperature of 42℃. The changes of physiological index such as leakage of electrolyte, the content of MDA, the activities of antioxi-dant enzymes and the content of endogenous antioxidants were determined. The results showed that, when treated with ASA, the activities of antioxidant enzymes and the content of ASA were increased, the leakage of electrolyte, the content of MDA and the content of GSH were decreased. It is concluded that ASA treatment can enhance the thermotolerance of apple tissue cultured plantlets.
