| 摘 要： | 从材料特征因素、施工因素、地基不均匀沉降因素、环境温度因素、设计因素等几方面分析了北方多层砖混房屋墙体产生裂缝的原因。并从设计、施工及管理维修的不同角度提出了预防和处理裂缝的方法。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes causations of the crack in the multi - layer brick - and - concrete house wall in north area from the aspects of material characteristics, construction factor, foundation differential settlement and environment tem- perature. It also puts forward prevention and treatment method from the aspects of design, construction and management maintaining. |
