赤霞珠光合作用与叶片累积物质的关系

摘    要:为研究赤霞珠光合作用与叶片积累物质的关系。利用LI-6400便携式光合作用测定仪测定赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)不同节位叶片净光合速率(Pn)随生育期的动态变化规律,并测定叶片还原糖、可溶性总糖和干物质的含量。结果表明:(1)赤霞珠叶片Pn峰值随着生育期推移向高节位叶片移动。(2)赤霞珠在开花期、浆果膨大期、转色期,位于低节位叶片的还原糖含量较高,高节位叶片的还原糖含量较低;然而在果实成熟期,却恰恰相反,高节位叶片的还原糖含量较高。(3)膨大期、转色期和成熟期低节位叶片逐渐衰老,干物质含量呈负积累现象。(4)叶片含糖量、干物质积累量与Pn相关性受生育期的影响较大,从膨大期到成熟期,叶片干物质积累量与Pn呈显著或极显著的正相关。

Abstract:The research purpose of the article was the relationship between photosynthesis and dry matter accumulation in Cabernet Sauvignon leaves. An experiment was conducted to investigate the dynamics of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of the leaves in different positions influenced by the growth period shifting using LI 6400 portable photosynthesis system on the Cabernet Sauvignon grapevine. The content of reducing sugar, soluble sugar and dry matter were also detected. The results showed:(1) the peak of Pn was moving from lower node leaves to the higher node leaves with the growth period going on. (2) The lower node leaves had higher content of reducing sugar than the upper node position leaves in flowering period, extension period and veraison period. While in mature period, the reducing sugar content was higher in the upper node position leaves. (3) The lower node leaves gradually aged from extension period to mature period, and the dry matter in these leaves presented a process of negative accumulation. (4) The correlation between the sugar content , the dry matter accumulation and Pn was strongly affected by the growth period. From extension period to mature period, high or very high significant and positive correlation existed between the dry matter accumulation and Pn.The research of the relationship between Cabernet Sauvignon photosynthesis and cumulative substance was meaningful.
