| 摘 要： | 为了掌握四川北部仓储小麦品质状况,以2009年在四川北部3市9县(区)抽取的19个仓储小麦样品为实验分析材料,对其进行了品质性状调查分析。结果表明,2009年广元和德阳仓储小麦样品的籽粒品质性状优于绵阳的,广元仓储小麦的蛋白质和湿面筋含量都高于绵阳和德阳的;广元地仓储小麦面团粉质参数较好。总之,在四川北部3个市所抽取仓储小麦样品,只有籽粒容重在抽样地区间存在显著差异,受环境条件影响较大,而籽粒千粒重、灰分、蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量和面团的粉质参数在抽样地区间无显著差异,受环境条件影响较小。

Analysis of the Quality of the Storage Wheat in Northern Sichuan |

| Abstract: | In order to understand the wheat quality of the storage wheat in Northern Sichuan, 19 samples taken in 9 counties or districts of 3 cities of this area in 2009 were tested and analyzed. The results showed that grain property and the farinograms of storage wheat in Guangyuan were better than that in Mianyang and in Deyang.
There was significant difference in the test weight in Northern Sichuan, as the environment effect was obvious. There was no significant difference in the 1000-kernel weight, protein content of wheat grain, the wet gluten content, and the farinograms of storage wheat in Northern Sichuan, as the environment effect was not obvious. |
