扭矩感应装置凸轮升角设计理论的探讨

摘    要:本文通过理论分析导出了扭矩感应带式无级变速器扭矩感应装置凸轮升角的理论设计计算公式,提出了扭矩感应度系数的概念及系数范围,分析了在系数的影响下,扭矩感应带式无级变速器的性能。认为适当减小凸轮升角有利于改善扭矩感应带式无级变速器的传动性能。

Abstract:The theoretical designing calculation formula concerning the earn angle of the torque sensing variable V-belt drive was developed through theoretical analysis , and also , the concept of coefficient of the torque sensing degrees and its range was proposed , and the performances of the torque sensing variable V-belt drive was analysed under the coefficient influence in this paper. It is, therefore, considered that the proper reduction of cam angle is useful to improve the driving performances of the torque sensing variable V-belt drive.
