摘    要:采用水培生物测定法,测定了48%乙·莠悬乳剂对不同玉米品种的安全性。结果表明该药剂对不同玉米品种的安全性不同。回归分析结果表明,玉米根长、苗高及鲜重的抑制率与48%乙·莠悬乳剂药液浓度的自然对数值呈直线相关,利用Finney机率分析法求出了各玉米品种的抑制率回归式和I50值等。7个玉米品种对该药剂的敏感性大小为洛玉4号济单8号起源3号郑单958隆玉5号福玉26忻黄单156。

Safety on Different Maize Cultivars to 48% Acetochlor-atrazine SE
Abstract:Safety on different maize cultivars to 48% acetochlor-atrazine SE was determined by indoors water culture method in this paper. The results showed that safety on different maize cultivars to 48% acetochlor-atrazine SE was different. The regression analysis indicated that the inhibiting of root length,buds growth and fresh weight had linear relation with the log of the dosages. The inhibiting regression equation and I_(50) of root length,buds growth and fresh weight were gained by the method of Finney. The sequence of sensibility of seven cultivars to 48% acetochlor-atrazine SE was as follows: Luoyu 4> Jidan 8>Qiyuan 3>Zhengdan 958>Longyu 5>Fuyu 26>Xinhuangdan 156.
