| 摘 要： | 综述了诱发玉米突变的物理、化学、空间诱变等手段，介绍了上述诱变手段的诱变机理、生物学效应、常用的诱变方式及其应用的研究现状。分析了现行各种诱变技术的不足，提出了今后的研究方向。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly introduces the mutational mechanism and biological effects of chemical, physics, space mutagenesis, and their research progress of applications in plant in detail.Also some disadvantages of these technologies are mentioned and good suggestions for future development are proposed. |
