摘    要:农业科技是推动现代化农业持续优质发展的决定性力量,了解和掌握四川农业科技基本现状和需求特征对开展全省农业科技工作和发展农业现代化的作用举足轻重。本文通过专家访谈、问卷调查等方式对四川主要科研院所与涉农大专院校进行调查,同时对雅安、资阳、眉山等市的基层农技推广单位、龙头企业、专合组织和种养大户等科技需求单位进行问卷调查和小组访谈。调研结果表明:首先,四川农业科技成果应用率为70.8%,实际的转化推广率不足40%。其次,农业科技需求呈现出多样性和多元化的特点,其中农作物和畜禽的优良新品种以及病虫害防治技术是四川当前需求的热点。第三,产后环节的技术需求明显不足。本文同时还分析了影响科技需求的因素,最后提出了增加农业科技供给和扩大需求的对策建议。

Abstract:Agricultural ST was the determinant which promoting Agricultural modernization's sustainable,quality development.So,it played an important role in agricultural ST work and agricultural modernization that grasping the situation and demands.Based on questionnaire survey and group interview in Ya’an,Meishan and Ziyang,the author got the conclusions:First,utility ratio of ST for 70.8%,But actual promotion rate less than 40%.Second,Requirements showed diffuse and diversification,Among them,good crops and livestock and pest control technology were the hotspot.Third,it was clear insufficient in postpartum link.Finally,it investigated the restricting factors while offered the efficient way that increasing supply and enlarging demand.
