| 摘 要： | 为探讨中草药提取物对沙门氏菌整个生长周期所产生的影响，采取分光光度法，分别测定不同生长阶段菌液的光密度值，绘成生长曲线，与不加药的对照组进行比较。首先用乙醇浸提的方法从28种中草药中筛选抑菌作用显著的4种中草药：黄芩、秦皮、鹿蹄草和山豆根。其次用二倍稀释法测定4种中草药对沙门氏菌的最小抑菌浓度（MIC），在此基础上，进一步研究这4种中草药对沙门氏菌生长曲线的影响。结果表明：黄芩和鹿蹄草的抑制作用较强，与对照组相比，黄芩组的延迟期被延长，对数期被缩短；鹿蹄草组延迟期和对数期均被缩短。在稳定后期，秦皮和鹿蹄草会促进菌体生长。

| Abstract: | In order to discuss the herbal extracts the growth cycle of salmonella influence, spectrophotometry was used to tested the density of different growth stages of bacteria. The growth curve compared with the control group.
