摘    要:黑龙江省勃利县农业发展面临着资源和环境的巨大压力,因此,在对勃利县十一个乡镇调研掌握农业发展现状的基础上,本研究运用SWOT分析法对其农业发展的机遇、挑战、优势和劣势进行分析,并从绿特色农业发展;加强农业基础设施建设、农业科技创新、农村干部队伍建设;发展农村合作经济组织;党在农村的各项政策的贯彻落实等方面,对勃利县农业发展提出了相应的对策。本研究对制定勃利县未来农业发展的战略具有至关重要的意义。

Abstract:Agricultural development met the huge pressure of resources and environment and increase of farmers’income was hindered in Boli County of Heilongjiang province.So after the present situation of agricultural development were surveyed and mastered in 11 villages and towns of Boli county its opportunities,challenges,advantages and disadvantages were analyzed in SWOT method,and the countermeasures of agricultural development of Boli county were proposed.It had an important significance in formulating a policy on agricultural development in future in Boli county.The countermeasures that promote agricultural development of Boli county included accelerating the development of green and special agriculture;strengthening the construction of agricultural basic facilities,innovation of agricultural science and technology and the construction of rural cadre team;increasing farmers’income by wide ways;developing the rural cooperative economic organizations and so on.
