‘辽粳326×莎莎妮’粳稻杂交后代垩白粒率的遗传分析

摘    要:以2个垩白粒率差异较大的粳稻品种‘莎莎妮’(垩白粒率为2.5%)和‘辽粳326’(垩白粒率为72.3%)的杂交后代F1、F2群体为试材,利用数量性状遗传分析方法,研究北方粳稻垩白粒率的遗传规律。结果表明:(1)垩白粒率的遗传受母体植株的影响较大,在F?2米粒间(着生在F1植株上的米粒)没有发生分离。(2)着生在F?2植株上的米粒的垩白粒率的变异主要是由遗传因素引起的,其遗传模型为2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因模型,低垩白表现为显性。(3)主基因遗传力h2mg(%)很大,达到了90.38%,多基因遗传力h2pg(%)只占0.11%,并且存在一对效应很大的主效基因。
