| 摘 要： | 针对承德避暑渔村旅游景区现状环境条件，从功能分区、种植、餐饮、娱乐活动等方面,对承德避暑渔村旅游景区进行了全面规划。通过对承德避暑渔村旅游景区规划的分析与实践，提出了如何营造融自然外貌、生态保护、娱乐科普教育于一体的现代农村生态旅游区的思路,旨在突显现代农业生态观光旅游区规划中的一种场地精神和生态的理念。同时也提出了农业观光园的规划设计应在保护生态环境、注重生态效益的基础上，合理开发旅游项目，挖掘经济效益，从而实现农业观光园中的生态、景观和文化等功能和谐统一。
