摘    要:为建立最优的栓壳红山茶(Camellia phellocapsa)诱导愈伤组织体系,分别以其嫩叶及嫩茎段为外植体材料,研究了不同的6-BA与NAA激素浓度配比对诱导愈伤组织的影响。结果表明:叶片正面向上放置时的出愈率高于正面向下放置,且褐化率较低;6-BA浓度对诱导叶片愈伤组织的影响达极显著水平,最佳激素配比为6-BA 0.2 mg/L、NAA 2.0 mg/L,此时出愈率高达97.5%;嫩茎段的愈伤组织诱导出现不同程度的褐化,出愈率极低。
