| 摘 要： | 为建立最优的栓壳红山茶（Camellia phellocapsa）诱导愈伤组织体系，分别以其嫩叶及嫩茎段为外植体材料，研究了不同的6-BA与NAA激素浓度配比对诱导愈伤组织的影响。结果表明：叶片正面向上放置时的出愈率高于正面向下放置，且褐化率较低；6-BA浓度对诱导叶片愈伤组织的影响达极显著水平，最佳激素配比为6-BA 0.2 mg/L、NAA 2.0 mg/L，此时出愈率高达97.5%；嫩茎段的愈伤组织诱导出现不同程度的褐化，出愈率极低。
