| 摘 要： | 简要回顾了新中国水稻育种进展和生产发展历程，指出尽管水稻育种数十年保持国际领先水平，水稻生产取得了辉煌的发展成就，但仍然存在一些制约因素亟待认真研究解决。在剖析农业资源紧缺、突破性品种缺乏、机械化作业水平较低等发展制约因素的基础上，对中国水稻生产提出了科学利用农业资源、优化品种与区域布局、促进机械化发展等对策建议，并指明了中国水稻生产未来发展方向，旨在促进中国水稻产业更加健康有序发展。
