傣族药竹叶兰不同极性部位提取物的抗氧化性研究

摘    要:为了研究竹叶兰提取物不同极性部位的体外抗氧化活性,采用不同极性有机溶剂萃取法将竹叶兰提取物分为氯仿相、乙酸乙酯相、正丁醇相和水相等4个不同极性部位。分别测定其活性物质多酚、黄酮、皂苷含量,考察其对羟自由基(?OH)和脂质过氧化能力的抑制活性的抗氧化活性研究,并且与芦丁进行对照研究。结果表明竹叶兰不同部位提取物均有抗氧化活性,呈显著剂量效应关系;其抗氧化效果因反应体系的不同而不同,且不同极性部位抗氧化活性稍微有点差异。相同质量浓度的氯仿相、乙酸乙酯相、正丁醇相与芦丁相比略高于芦丁对照,水相则低于相同质量浓度的对照。竹叶兰提取物的四种不同极性溶剂提取物中乙酸乙酯相的抗氧化作用最强。

Abstract:To investigate the antioxidant activities in vitro of different polarity fractions of extract from Arundina graminifolia, different polarities of extracts were obtained by using different polaritiy solvents, such as chloroform, ethyl acetate, normal butyl alcohol. The content of bioactive materials was detected by absorption spectroscopy. Scavenging activities for hydroxyl radicals (·OH) and inhibition of lipid peroxidation were used to do evaluate antioxidant activities of different polarity fractions. Different polarity fractions of extract from Arundina graminifolia were observed antioxidant activities, and existed concentration-effect relationships. Four fractions had different antioxidant effects in different reaction systems. The same quality of chloroform, concentration of ethyl acetate, l-butanal and rutin slightly higher than the water phase constrast, rutin under the same quality of concentration. The extracts in ethyl acetate had the strongest antioxidant effect.
