酯酶同工酶和过氧化物同工酶与油菜抗寒性的关系

摘    要:本文研究了甘蓝型油菜不同抗寒性品种的过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶的差异。结果表明,抗寒性强的品种,其酶酯同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶活性较强,且同工酶在冰冻处理条件下表现较为稳定。认为酯酶同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶可以作为油菜品种抗寒性的一项主化指标,用于抗寒油菜品种的筛选。

Abstract:In this paper,the beharior of esterase and peroxidase of winter rape species with different cold-resistance was investigated by eletrophresis. The results showed that the number and the activities have relation,with the cold hardiness of rape. The activities of esterase and peroxidase of rape with high cold-resistance are high and stable. It's implied that esterase and peroxidase activities can be used as a biochemical index for cold-resistant rape species breeding and selection.
