| 摘 要： | 目的]在莱州,利用塑料大棚采用人工授精的方法培育多宝鱼仔稚鱼,探索培育多宝鱼的最佳条件,为将来投入市场打下良好的基础。方法]利用塑料大棚程序升温、保温,采用人工授精的方法,利用分组试验,找到最佳试验条件。结果]经过大量试验研究,找到培育多宝鱼仔稚鱼最佳试验条件：盐度28～40,光照强度500～2000lx,pH值7.8～8.2,培育密度1×10^4～2×10^4尾/m^2,水温18～20℃。在早期培育期,仔稚鱼适宜水温与孵化时水温相一致。利用塑料大棚升温,在第2天时开始缓缓升温,在第10天升温到17～19℃,并保持温度在19℃。结论]采用该方法与试验条件培育的多宝鱼苗可提前10d上市,而且鱼苗成活率高达30%,比一般培育厂提高了10%。
