| 摘 要： | 对不同品种的姜荷花进行组织培养探究,比较不同培养基质、激素、添加物等对姜荷花的诱导、继代增殖、壮苗生根的影响,探索筛选适合的培养条件,达到快速繁殖姜荷花的目的,为姜荷花优良品种的工厂化育苗生产提供方法途径。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the tissue culture of different varieties of Jianghe flower, compared the effects of different culture media, hormones and additives on the induction, proliferation and rooting of ginger lotus, and explored the suitable culture methods to achieve the purpose of rapid propagation of ginger lotus, and provided methods for the industrialized production of excellent varieties of Jianghe flower. |
