| Abstract: | The results of toxicological test of imidacloprid laboratory efficacy showed that LC 50 for aphids is 0.17×10 -6 which is 228.1 times as that of dimethoate. The systemic action is 2×10 -6 .Ten days later the effectiveness reached 100% which is the same as 150×10 -6 of dimethoate.The results of field trial showed the effective constituent is 1.5 g/h,3.0 g/h, 6.0 g/h .The control effect on aphids two weeks late is 95.7%,97.1%,99.8% respectively,which is significantly better than that of using 300 g/h dimethoate. |
