摘    要:在日光温室采用4种施肥处理的实验结果表明,在有机基质栽培条件下,追施化肥处理的番茄叶片光合速率较不施肥处理普遍提高,在开花座果期,随着施肥量增加光合速率增加,盛果期以处理②光合速率最高.叶绿素含量随施肥量增加而增大,盛果期番茄根系活力施肥处理明显高于不施肥处理,叶片硝酸还原酶活性以处理②最高,处理③最低.适量追施化肥,番茄开花期提前,单果重增加.施肥处理产量均显著高于不施肥处理,以处理②为最高.追施化肥可明显提高果实可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和有机酸的含量,Vc含量以处理②为最高,过量施肥可使果实硝酸盐含量明显上升.

Abstract:The daylight greenhouse test with 4 treatments of fertilization application showed that under the organic substrate the photosynthetic rate of tomato leaves treated with optimal fertilizer was higher than that without fertilizer supply.During the flowering and fruiting stage the photosynthetic rate of tomato leaves was the highest in T2.The chlorophyll content of tomato leaves increased with fertilization increase.The activity of the tomato roots treated with optimal fertilizer was higher than treated without fertilizer supply.The nitrate reductase activity in leaf was the highest in T2,and that in T3 was the lowest.The yield of the tomato treated with fertilizer was higher than that with no fertilizer supply.The quality of the fruit of tomato cultured with organic substrates and proper fertilizer could be improved.The soluble sugar,soluble protein and organic acid in the fruit were the highest in T3.The content of vitamin C in the fruit was the highest in T2.But the excessive fertilizer application could increase the content of nitrate.
